Who Can Live at Simple Life House?
Simple Life House offers affordable, independent living programs for adults who are able to care for themselves and live safely in a shared community setting. While we provide limited support, our housing is not a care facility, group home, or medical housing.
To ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be 18 years or older

Must be able to live independently (no 24-hour supervision or medical care needed)

Must be able to manage personal care, medications, and daily routines

Must agree to follow all house rules and community guidelines

Must have a source of monthly income or rental assistance to cover housing costs

Must pass a background check (case-by-case basis for certain offenses)

Must be able to live in a shared, respectful environment

Must respect quiet hours.

Must keep common areas clean and immediately clean up after yourself in those areas.

Due to the nature of our housing programs, we do not allow smoking inside, alcohol, drugs, or visitors.
